EXTENSION OF TERMS

In light of the restrictive measures ordered by the Government to contain the pandemic, the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA) has adopted a provision for the period from March 1 to April 30, 2020 which provides that to those who should the application for bonuses be renewed beyond the original deadline set by the regulation, but in any case within the 60 days following the end of the aforementioned suspension period, continuity of the bonuses themselves is guaranteed, with retroactive validity starting from the original due date and for a 12 month period.

Therefore, all citizens receiving bonuses expiring on April 30, 2020 (who should have asked for renewal by March 31) or May 31 (who should have requested renewal by April 30), will be able to request renewal by 30 June to see the additional 12 month period guaranteed in continuity with the previous one.

BONUS ENERGY

The "BONUS ENERGY" allows for savings on utility bills for low-income families and for cases of serious illness that requires the use of electromedical equipment indispensable for maintaining life.
All domestic customers who use an electricity supply in their home of residence with power up to 3kw who have an ISEE less than or equal to 8.265,00 Euro can access the social bonus.
In case of a family with 4 or more dependent children the income limit is raised to 20.000 Euro.

In addition, all electric customers where a person with a serious illness lives, who are forced to use electromedical equipment necessary for life maintenance, are entitled to the social bonus.
In these cases, to gain access to the social bonus, the customer must be in possession of an ASL certificate stating:

- the need to use such equipment

- the type of equipment used

- the address where the equipment is installed

- the date from which the citizen uses the equipment.

In this case the income is irrelevant and the committed power can be higher than 3kw. The two Bonuses can be accumulated if the respective eligibility requirements are met. For domestic customers who have directly signed a contract for the supply of energy as a component in deduction on the bills. The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, in order to obtain a possible renewal, the consumer will have to present an application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification, which certifies that the conditions of economic hardship remain within one month before the expiry. The Energy Bonus can be requested by submitting, at any time of the year, a request on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra - School Services Office, Special Services, ISEE.

BONUS GAS
The "BONUS GAS" allows families with low incomes to save on their bills. The amount of savings is differentiated on the basis of:

- of the climatic zone

- of the type of use

-of the number of people residing in the home

All domestic customers who use a supply of natural gas (no LPG and / or donuts or cylinders) in the residence of residence who have an ISEE less than or equal to 8.265,00 Euro can access the social bonus.
In case of a family with 4 or more dependent children the income limit is raised to 20.000 Euro.

All those who, in the presence of the above requirements, hold an individual supply for only kitchen or kitchen use plus heating (autonomous), more centralized individual supply or centralized supply only for condominium heating, (if l system runs on natural gas - NO district heating).

For domestic customers who have directly signed a contract for the supply of natural gas, the Bonus is recognized as a component in deduction on the bills; for all those who use centralized heating systems and do not have a direct supply contract, the bonus is recognized by a postal transfer. The Gas Bonus can be requested by submitting, at any time of the year, a request on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra - School Services Office, Facilitated Services, ISEE. The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, in order to obtain a possible renewal, the consumer will have to resubmit the application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification, which certifies that the conditions of economic hardship remain within one month before the expiry.

WATER BONUS
The "WATER SOCIAL BONUS" (WATER BONUS) allows families with low incomes to get a discount on the water service tariff for domestic users residing in conditions of economic hardship.

All domestic customers who use their own water supply in their home or live in a building can access the social bonus and the owner of the supply contract is the condominium itself and who have an ISEE less than or equal to 8.265,00 Euro.
In case of a family with 4 or more dependent children the income limit is raised to 20.000 Euro.

The bonus is paid in two different ways:

- for direct users, the payment is made in the bill;
- for indirect users, the manager will provide the bonus in a single payment, by a home transfer or through the use of the IBAN Code.
The Social Water Bonus (Water bonus) can be requested by presenting, at any time of the year, a request on a specific form to the Municipality of Bra- School Services Office, Special Services, Isee

The right to the bonus is valid for 12 months from when it is presented. At the end of this period, to obtain any renewal, the consumer must re-submit the application accompanied by a new updated ISEE certification (the ISEE expires on December 31 of each calendar year) which certifies the persistence of the conditions of economic hardship within a month before the deadline.

Attached are the forms and the instructions for filling in to access the bonuses for electricity and / or natural gas and / or water supplies.
