The new waste collection system of the City of Bra will begin in early November. In recent months, the awareness-raising and information procedures of professionals and households have been launched, the distribution of the "door to door" service containers in the historical center of the container has begun, which aims to further improve the results obtained in these years in the promotion of differentiated collection. The new service will not start over the entire municipal area, as the city has been divided into different areas that will have distinct modes and activations over time. The novelties will in the first place concern residents in the historic center (via Vittorio Emanuele, Via Umberto, Via Audisio, Garibaldi course, Piazza XX Settembre, Piazza Roma, Via Ospedale, Via Craveri, Via Serra, Via Vittorio Veneto, via Gandino via Trento and Trieste) who have received these days white paper collection containers, yellow plastic and green buckets for glass.

The project aims to make interventions both in school and in the context of youth aggregation based, for its implementation, on the "peer education" method (recognized as one of the most effective) intervention strategies with young people.
