ORDINANCES OF THE MAYOR RELATING TO EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY:
x HERE the ordinance n. 238 of 13 November 2020, valid from 13 November to 3 December 2020, with which all play areas in the municipal area are closed to the public.
x HERE the ordinance n. 223 of 28 October 2020, valid from 28 October to 24 November 2020, with which sports competitions and training sessions are suspended, as well as arranging for the closure of the Ecocentro for Saturday 31 October.
MEASURES ADOPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PIEDMONT REGION:

x HERE the Decree of the Minister of Health of 4 November 2020, in force from 6 to 21 November, which includes Piedmont among the Regions subjected to more restrictive measures. In particular, as established by the DPCM of 3 November 2020, any movement in, out and within the territory is prohibited, except for movements motivated by proven work needs or situations of necessity or for health reasons or to accompany children to school; retail commercial activities suspended, except for the sale of food and basic necessities (from linen to soap). The markets are closed, except for activities aimed at the sale of foodstuffs only. Newsstands, tobacconists, pharmacies, parapharmacies remain open. But also barbers, hairdressers and laundries; the activity of bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops suspended. Only catering with home delivery is allowed, as well as catering with takeaway up to 22,00; sports activities also suspended in outdoor sports centers; it is allowed to carry out motor activities individually in the vicinity of one's home, respecting the distance of at least one meter from any other person and with the obligation of a mask; it is allowed to carry out sporting activities exclusively outdoors and individually; school activities in presence for kindergarten, elementary and middle school.
x HERE the DPCM of November 3, 2020, in force from November 5th to December 3rd. The law dictates new measures to contain the pandemic, outlining three different levels of restrictions depending on the severity of the territorial scenario and the level of risk. Throughout the national territory it is envisaged that from 22pm to 5am the following day only travel motivated by proven work needs, by situations of necessity or for health reasons is allowed. Furthermore, for all upper secondary schools, the use of distance learning at 100 percent of the activities is envisaged. HERE THE SELF-CERTIFICATION required for travel.
x HERE the ordinance of the Piedmont Region n. 123 of 30 October 2020, which establishes that starting from November 2, in Second Grade, State and Equal Secondary School Institutions, including those in which the second level courses of adult education (CPIA) are active, didactic activity in presence is suspended and replaced by digital distance teaching until November 24, 2020, for all classes of the education cycle, without prejudice to the curricular laboratory activities provided for by the respective teaching systems and attendance in the presence of pupils with special educational needs.
x HERE the DPCM of 24 October 2020, in force from October 26th to November 24th. Among the measures, closing at 18 pm of bars, restaurants, pubs, pastry shops and ice cream parlors, every day, including holidays. Catering with home delivery and catering with takeaway is allowed until midnight, with a ban on consumption on the spot or nearby. Stop at theaters, cinemas, gyms, swimming pools, spas and spas, gaming and betting rooms. Movements between regions allowed: it is however recommended not to move except for work, health, study and necessity needs.

> Tributes: the first installments of the Tari - waste tax, of the Tosap - Permanent public land occupation tax and the single installment of the municipal tax on advertising postponed to 30 September. The second installments of Tari and Tosap are confirmed as of December 16, except for the economic activities most affected by the effects of the pandemic included in the Refreshments Decree e Refreshments Decree bis, for which the deadline is deferred to January 31, 2021.

> Shopping and medicines at home, telephone support: the free service promoted by the Municipality of Bra for the home delivery of groceries and medicines starts again, aimed at those over 70 years old, disabled, disabled or persons in quarantine and fiduciary isolation who live alone and do not have any type of support familiar. To request the service, call 366.6994288 on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 to 12 and from 14 to 16,30.
